Shipping policy

DELIVERY AREA

We deliver in central Bangkok. This includes Silom, Sathorn, Sukhumvit, Phaya Thai. Delivery areas may expand, shrink or change depending on weather and traffic conditions and situations of force majeure.

DELIVERY TIME

You may choose for your order to be delivered “ASAP” or scheduled for a specific time. We will provide an estimated delivery time but delivery times may vary depending on factors that are not controlled by us (e.g. order quantity, distance, time of day (peak periods), weather conditions, traffic conditions, etc.). The delivery time we provide is only an estimate and your order may arrive earlier or later. To ensure that you do not miss a delivery, please ensure that either you or someone is at the delivery location to receive the order as soon as the order is placed. If your order contains alcohol and you or the recipient is or appears to be below the legal age, or fail to provide a valid proof of ID, we reserve the right not to deliver your order.

UNSUCCESSFUL OR FAILED DELIVERIES

We reserve the right to cancel the order without refund or remedy to you in cases where we attempt to deliver an order but we are unable to do so within 10 minutes from the time the order arrives at your delivery address due to reasons caused by you, including but not limited to:

- No one was present or available to receive the order.

- Customer was uncontactable despite attempts to reach the customer via the phone number provided.

- Lack of appropriate or sufficient access to deliver the order successfully.

- Lack of a suitable or secure location to leave the order.

Customer did not meet the statutory age requirements or delivery did not deem it safe or appropriate for the customer to receive restricted goods (e.g. alcohol).

WRONG ORDER / MISSING ITEMS

If you discover that there are issues with your order (e.g. wrong order, defective order, or missing items) please contact us immediately via email order@workshop.co.th, or LINE ID @workshopbkk or phone 06-2519-0055. In some cases, we may request for photographic proof and/or additional information to properly investigate the issue. If we determine that the order and/or goods you received are not of satisfactory condition or quality, we will compensate you for your order or parts of your order.

Free delivery for orders above 1,500 THB, 70 THB fixed delivery fee otherwise.
