Rougié Foie Gras Extra (origin France) / Salt / Black Pepper / Sugar

PREPARATION INSTRUCTION
(at least 30 min before serving)
Open the bag and remove the foie gras. Cut both extremities and remove the first layer of cling film, then the second layer. Make sure to remove all the cling film. Dip a thin knife into hot water and cut to approximately 1 cm slices.
Keep refrigerated until serving.
SERVING
Season to taste with fleur de sel & black pepper.
To be served with your favorite bread, either fresh or toasted.
You may also add chutney, dried fruits, or nuts on the side.
Do not spread.
Suggestion: Melt the excess fat (yellow) and add to pasta, fried rice, or sauteed potatoes.
